Impact Evaluation: Defining What’s Important to Us
What and how we evaluate shapes our goals, our work, and how we tell our story. How do we ensure our evaluation is aligned with our mission and vision? How do we ensure we have the evidence to make a case for supporting the work that we know is important? During this session, participants will have an opportunity to hear different perspectives on “what matters” when measuring impact. They will also have an opportunity to engage in small group discussions about the joys and challenges of going beyond outputs to describing the fuller scope of personal and social outcomes that increase the value of work in the community economic development sector
