Start the day with intention, gratitude, and hope. The sunrise ceremony will consist of a smudging ceremony, honouring the water, and a tobacco offering for self, loved ones and community. Join Ann Marie Proulx and Stanford White of Niimi Manidoo Consulting to start the day off together in a good way through song and the giving of thanks for all creation.

Photos and filming are not appropriate during a sunrise ceremony. In particular, we avoid capturing images of the sacred medicines or fire or people while in ceremony.

Commencez votre journée avec motivation, gratitude et espoir. La cérémonie du lever du soleil consistera en une cérémonie de purification par la fumée (« smudging »), en l'honneur de l'eau, et en une offrande de tabac pour vous-même, vos proches et la communauté. Joignez-vous à Ann Marie Proulx et Stanford White de Niimi Manidoo Consulting pour bien commencer la journée ensemble en chanson et avec gratitude envers la vie.
